Rules and Regulations I __________________________do hereby swear that I am a legal hunter/guest on the Christmas Ranch for the _____________________ season of ______. I swear that I have taken hunters education, or am of legal age to hunt. I completely release Christmas Ranches from liability for any injuries that may occur during my hunt. I am fully aware that any type of assault on my part toward any individual on Christmas Ranch will result in my IMMEDIATE dismissal from the ranch. The full balance of the hunting costs will be paid thirty (30) days before the hunt start date. I am fully aware that hunting is not a guarantee and that my guide will do his or her best to get me a shot on a mature game animal. I also understand that blood drawn from an animal is considered a kill. I will not be allowed to hunt another animal if I have wounded one already. I agree to follow the, “You wound it - it’s yours” policy. I also understand that I will be fully responsible if I shoot the wrong species of game, and understand that New Mexico Game and Fish will be notified if this occurs. I understand that Christmas Ranch is a working livestock ranch and will be fully responsible for the cost of injuring or killing any type of livestock. The hunt tag cost does not substitute for the cost of injured or lost livestock and I understand that the hunter will be IMMEDIATELY dismissed from the ranch. I also understand that a guest fee of $125.00 per day will be added for each guest brought by the hunter. The following rules are non-negotiable and can result in my dismissal if they are not followed. These rules are set for my safety and the safety of my guide. Under no circumstances will they be altered or removed. ____I will not consume alcohol during hunting hours.. ____I will not use any illegal drugs at any time during my hunt. ____I am a legal hunter and know the rules and regulations of New Mexico. ____I know my firearm and how to use it safely. ____I am fully aware of firearm safety and will use good judgment at all times. ____I will always treat my firearm as if it were loaded. ____I am fully responsible for my own gear. ____I will make any guest I bring act in a good manner and follow these rules. ____I will not let my guest interfere with my guide or other hunters during the hunt. ____I will not injure or kill any livestock on Christmas Ranch and am fully responsible for all costs if I do. ____I will only harvest the sex and species of the animal I am hunting, and am fully responsible for the costs otherwise. ____I am in good enough physical condition for my hunt. I have also notified my guide of any illness or physical condition that will limit my hunt. ____I agree to pay the fee of $125.00 per guest per day. Additional Services Capping $40.00 Airport Transportation $100.00/hunter Guest fee $125.00/day 1x1 guiding $150.00/day Prices include Meals, Lodging, Guiding, and care of your animal in the field. Prices do not include processing of your game, capping, or state license costs. We have access to a nearby processor and will gladly transport your game to them at no extra cost. We do not cover the processing costs or shipping of meat when it is completed. Tips and Gratuities Tips are not included in your pricing and are considered a gratuity by your guide. Standard tipping is 10% of your tag cost not including license fees. (Ex. If you pay $4,500 for Mule Deer standard tipping would be $450.00.) You should also remember that your outfitter may act as your guide so gratuities are not included in his fees. Cooking staff and camp staff also do accept and appreciate tips as they work very hard for your comfort and enjoyment during your stay. Standard tipping for cooks and help is $100.00 Airport Service New Mexico hunters will arrive in Albuquerque. Kansas hunters will arrive in Wichita. Texas hunters will arrive in Wichita Falls.
